Through heartfelt stories and poetry, along with biblical reflections, Bonnie Saul Wilks guides readers into sacred encounters with God, who is the ultimate source of joy.

- Awaken your spiritual senses to discover joy in unexpected places
- Heal from past wounds that have diminished your hope
- Develop daily habits of worship, prayer, and surrender to transform your perspective

About the Author
Bonnie Saul Wilks moved to a kibbutz in Israel after graduating Bible school, where she served as a Christian volunteer for two and a half years. She studied Hebrew and grew to love the Jewish people and culture. Later, Bonnie and her husband and daughter were sent out from a church in Texas to pioneer Bible schools. While traveling internationally, they learned to weep with those that mourn and rejoice with the happy. For forty years Bonnie has been capturing the beauty and pain of the nations in poetry and prose and does her best writing in the Scottish highlands or the Sinai desert. In addition to A Road Map to Joy, she has also authored Sabbath: A Gift of Time, which is a glimpse of the benefits of the Jewish tradition of taking a day of rest weekly. Bonnie lives in Bedford, Texas, with her husband, where she dotes on her daughter, son-in-love, and three grandchildren.
